Book a meeting or a follow-up
Booking a meeting or doing a follow-up on a client is a feature used a lot in RecMan, and you can do this in several ways. The simplest way is to do this from the customer card. Near the top, you will find a calendar button.
This feature allows you to book a meeting, add attendees, enter an explanatory text, set a date and time, and then send this to participants by email. The meeting will then settle into your calendar and can be sent out to participants. They also have the opportunity to download a calendar file, to enter in their own calendar.
Creating a task
Creating a task is a function to give yourself a reminder about something you “need” to do, for example, follow-up a specific customer. Unlike the book a meeting feature, this won’t block time in your calendar, and it also won’t send out any notice.
All your tasks can be found in your Home screen under Tasks. Click a + button to add a new task.
You can click on a task and update the status to Done, you can also Delete the task or make changes to the date and press Save.
