Remote support
The remote support program (TeamViewer) allows our support staff to see the same as you see on your own PC. This makes it much easier and faster to solve the challenge you may have. We ask that you have the program ready for use when you call in to make troubleshooting as smooth as possible.
For faster help with remote control, we recommend that you download the program directly from the provider. This way, you avoid having to download the program every time you want help from our support. This also allows the program to be used by other vendors. Here you can set personal settings that make it easier the next time you call. The full version of Teamviewer for your platform can always be downloaded at the link below.
