What to do if you have forgotten your password.

Here you can find some easy steps to recover your password as a RecMan user:


  1. Go to login and click "Forgot your password?"
  2. Enter the email associated with your RecMan account.

You will then be sent an email with a link to reset your password (valid for 2 hours). When the email is received, follow the instructions on how to reset your password. 

However, if you find yourself unable to, we have some further steps to check, otherwise, we suggest contacting a RecMan administrator or if you are a RecMan administrator who lost access.

Further troubleshooting

Check that you are using the correct email address.
As a RecMan user, you can check your co-worker's email address by going to the Co-workers overview or in the user settings if you are a RecMan administrator. 

As an administrator, you can also reset user passwords and reset Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).


If the same email address is used to register multiple accounts in RecMan, it may cause the password reset email not to arrive.

In this situation, reach out to one of the RecMan administrators in your company and request them to reset the password from the user settings.
