One of the benefits of RecMan is that you can work with multiple tabs or windows at once. This provides a number of opportunities to work smart. If you have several screens, you can have, e.g., CRM on top of one, while working with candidates on the other. This can also be useful if you, e.g. are in the process of submitting a work plan but then you need to go into a temporary calendar quickly. Then you can easily open a new tab in the system and go to the current candidate, without losing info/work in the second tab. You can also use copy/paste functions between the tabs.
