As an alternative to email, you can send messages internally in RecMan to one of your employees. Such messages are especially useful if you want to show a candidate, as you can "attach" a candidate to the message, and the recipient can then click directly on the relevant candidate card. This is, of course, much faster than, e.g., sending an email.
If you have set up your profile this way, you will also receive a notification by e-mail when someone has sent you a message in the system.
To send and read messages, as well as see the dialogues you have had, click on the symbol like this on the top bar:
Messages are located as a dialogue, and you can go to the current dialogue by clicking on the person you are sending the message to.
