By reading this article, you will learn about portfolio monitoring in RecMan. The Portfolio monitor gives you an overview of your customers, a way to review them, and effectively keep the customer information up to date.
Activating Portfolio Monitoring
Portfolio Monitoring is an add-on that becomes available by turning it on in the System settings -> Users (Co-workers) -> Priced Services. It can be done by a system administrator in RecMan and comes with a monthly fee.
The service costs 1490,- NOK per month for the entire corporation, not per user. You also get RecMan CDB included in this cost.
When the service is turned on, you can find it in the CRM module in the navigation bar:
Using Portfolio Monitoring
At the top of the page, there are numbers with a description. You can click on these numbers to search directly in the CRM database and see which category the different customers belong to.
- Customers (30 days) – indicates how many customers you have acquired in the last 30 days. Note that this is a number of customers created less than 30 days ago and have received the status Customer.
- Customers – shows how many companies have the status of Customers in your CRM database.
- Prospects – number of companies that received the Prospect status in the CRM database.
- Suspects – how many companies have received the status of Suspect in the CRM database.
On the map, you can see which part of the country your customer resides in. You can also hover over a specific area to see the number of customers you have in that area. The location of the company is based on the customer's registered address.
